Always a good time

This was my third time using Laces and Limos. We did the Bachelorette Wine Tour this time, and just like before, everything went smoothly. Their communication is consistently good, and the tuk-tuks are always clean. They never disappoint.

Best way to see Napa!

I just took the Sunset Wine Tour and it was absolutely incredible! The views were breathtaking, and our guide was so much fun. I loved being in the open-air tuk-tuk, it made everything feel so special. I will definitely be booking another tour with them soon and telling all my friends!

Great Private Napa Tour

I booked the Private Napa Wine Tour by Tuk-Tuk for my partner's birthday. The booking process online was straightforward, and I received a confirmation email quickly. Our driver, Mark, was knowledgeable about the area and the wineries. We customized our itinerary beforehand, which was a nice touch. The tuk-tuk itself was comfortable, even though it was an open-air vehicle, the blankets they provided were a thoughtful addition. We visited three boutique wineries, and the tasting fees were included as promised. The only small hiccup was finding our initial pickup location; the directions could have been a little clearer. Overall, a fantastic experience and a unique way to see Napa.

Unique experience, minor issue

We tried the Hidden Gems Wine Tour. The concept of visiting smaller, less-known vineyards in a tuk-tuk was appealing and delivered well; the wineries chosen were excellent. The booking was easy enough, and customer service was responsive when I had a question about the cancellation policy. Our driver was prompt and friendly. However, our tuk-tuk did have a minor mechanical issue towards the end of the tour, which caused a slight delay. They handled it professionally, but it did cut our last tasting a little short. Still, a good value for the unique tour.
